Sarah Elizabeth Collins
Resident Pin-Up and MSP Founder
Sarah is the founding member and the visionary behind MSP. Sarah is a seasoned traveler who grew up in Puerto Rico and Europe, visiting more than a dozen countries including Russia and South Africa by the time she was 16. Sarah speaks 3 languages and can often be found engaging customers in their native tongue.
Sarah is highly community oriented, holding the title of treasurer of the 18b Arts District Neighborhood Association. She also produces the Antique Alley Map in the Southern Nevada Country Register.
With a degree in business administration, Sarah considers herself a modern-day treasure hunter constantly looking for antique goods to sell in the store.
Colonel Kathleen “Kat“ Weatherspoon, USAF (ret)

Kat spent nearly 28 years in the United States Air Force as a Services/Personnel Officer with assignments in the United States and abroad including two tours at the Pentagon, Alaska, and Italy. Her final assignment was a 2 year command tour at Kadena AB in Okinawa, Japan. Upon retiring to Las Vegas Kat discovered the fun and excitement of live auctions satisfying her love of collectible, unique items, and shopping. In May 2019 upon the retirement of Sarah’s sister, Dr. Mauri Collins, Kat bought into the Main Street Peddlers partnership.
The Air Force sent Kat to the Conrad N. Hilton School of Hospitality, University of Houston, where she obtained her masters degree in Hospitality Management with emphasis in organizational management and customer service. Kat is busy working on organizing/standardizing office operations and the virtual expansion of the business.
